GUEST DESIGNER

  Please welcome our guest designer this week - Debra.  A little bit about Debra:

1.When did you start crafting and what made you start?   I have crafted for soooo long now it’s hard to remember exactly when. I have tried everything and anything craft related but a few years ago I was introduced to ATC,s and the of art using different techniques and mediums. From there I stumbled  across and fell in love with making cards and  ”Blogland”  and the rest is history…. 

2.What’s your favourite colouring medium?  That of course would have to be Copic Markers… more so after being certified by The Copic Guru-Marianne Walker and then having an extra 2 days after with Marianne and Lori Craig.  

3. Where do you craft?  Up to 8 weeks ago I had a tiny little spot( took over hubby’s bar area and relocated the wine) in our lounge room at my old house but now I have this amazing craft room that I just had to have added in our new house. I have the computer, TV and everything one needs to create and it’s fantastic.

4.What is your favourite MIC image/s?  I love them all but I if I had to really pick it would have to be the Urban Elements Collection,  love em and they are just so versatile.

5.Do you have a favourite type/style of card that you like to make? I love creating scenes and that each card is a little story and recently getting messy and dirty creating my own background papers.

I’ll be honest with you – I checked out the DT projects before I colored my card to see how to “color” white.  There is great inspiration in the DT gallery.  Suzanne Dean has a coloring white video.  Sweetnovemberstamps also has a great coloring white video.

All entries should be submitted by Wednesday, December 7th midday QLD Australia time.  All entries must be posted in the gallery to be eligible for prizes and Top Three.  Entries can be submitted up until you can no longer see the gallery available!  At this time the gallery is hidden so the team can place their votes for the top 3!

This is a colouring challenge. You don’t need to make a full card/project.  You can submit a coloured image ONLY!  You can use ANY colouring medium – markers, pencils, paints, finger paint and even electronic computer colouring!  YOU MUST have coloured the image YOURSELF.
